Practical tools for real work

Built for the way you work.

Start with the tasks that take too long. Build around the people doing them.

Simpler daily workflows.

Move jobs, requests and approvals through a clear process. Bring the steps together so your team spends less time chasing the next update.

Information in one place.

Track stock, equipment, orders or business records with a system organized around what your team needs to find and manage.

Tools for your people.

Give staff or customers a focused place to manage their work, check information or make requests, with access requirements defined for the project.

Better-connected systems.

Connect compatible tools through APIs and automate agreed tasks where it makes sense. We assess access, service limits and ongoing dependencies before committing to an integration.

Development and ongoing operations are separate.

A clear scope for the work ahead

A custom application can involve more than the initial build. We’ll discuss the work required to create it and the responsibilities involved in keeping it running.

One-time development

Build the right first version.

Development is quoted around agreed workflows, interfaces, data and integrations. Additional functionality and later phases are scoped separately.

Annual hosting & management

Match the plan to the application.

Applications with databases, authentication or dynamic content need an appropriate hosting setup. Background jobs, integrations and enhanced monitoring can require a managed application plan.

Separately scoped options

Add capability with a purpose.

Migration work, additional integrations and new features are development work. Analytics, if needed, is an optional annual subscription. Third-party services and support requirements are discussed in the quote.

Annual management does not include unlimited development. We review the annual plan when changes materially increase infrastructure or ongoing support needs, and define the applicable scope and recurring costs in your quote.

Before we build

Let’s make the important things clear.

How do I know if I need custom software?

Start with the problem you’re trying to solve. If an existing tool handles it well, a custom build may not be necessary. We can discuss where your current process falls short and whether a tailored solution makes sense.

Can it work with the software we already use?

Possibly. It depends on the existing system, available APIs, permissions and any service restrictions. We review those dependencies and define the integration scope before agreeing to the work.

What does a custom application cost?

There is no single price for every application. We quote development after understanding the workflows, users, data and integrations. Annual hosting and management are separate from that build, and the scope of ongoing support is defined in the quote.

Can we start small and add more later?

Yes. We can scope a focused first version and discuss later phases as your needs become clearer. Additional features are quoted separately, with the hosting plan reviewed if operational requirements materially change.
